Owners & staff very nice and friendly, Good breakfast and atmosphere, lovely little hotel easy access to train station (3 minute walk) so leave car at hotel. Easy access to town centre Rooms spacsious and comfortable. Would stay again when in area....

Pleasantly surprised at the very helpful and friendly staff. Was within walking distance of office I was visiting. Comfortable room.
Outlook not great - flat room and the rear of houses. Was slightly concerned about security and ability to open window.

Very friendly and helpful staff, familyrun, dedicated. Hotel being renewed bit by bit, rooms have been refurbished and have new beds, parkinglot in the back has been enhanced. Close to towncenter making it easy to go visiting and shopping. Next to river....

The welcome and the service are exceptional , nothing is too much trouble. The exterior of the hotel does not do it justice. The hotel is of a high standard, very clean and a pleasure to stay in. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here....

The family who owns it was very helpful and friendly. Best internet service for FREE.
No elevator. Have a bad back and had to climb stairs. Little amenities like Kleenex, bedside rugs, [wood floor] and hand towels not provided.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was upgraded to a self- contained and large double room. I had an excellent tv and I made good use of the free WiFi which performed well.
